BEFORE DEPARTURE:

How do I pay for my trip?
Rate 1 should be paid no later than 14 days after the trip is booked, and is 30 % of the total price. The last 70% should be paid no later than 42 days prior to arrival.

Will I receive a receipt after my payment?
Yes, you will receive a receipt after your payment.

Are lift cards included in the price?
No, lift cards are not included in the price. You can see the prices here.

Do I need to bring a picture to the lift card?
No you don’t.

What is kurtax?
Kurtax is a local tax, which is paid to the local municipality. It is mandatory and applies to people over 15 years old.

What should I bring, when staying in one of your apartments?
All properties are with a fully equipped kitchen, but you need to bring stuff such as tea towels, dish brush, dishcloth, soap, toilet paper etc.

Are towels and linen included in the price?
No, towels and linens are not included. It is optional if you want to bring it yourself or rent it for €14 per person.

Is the finale cleaning included in the price?
No, the finale cleaning is not included in the price.

How much snow is there at the location?
You can see the weather forecast and webcams at skiamadé.com.

Are snow chains required in Austria?
Yes.

Is it allowed to bring animals?
We currently do not allow animals in our accommodations.

Bringing your baby or toddler
If your are bringing a baby or a toddler, we can make sure that a baby cot and a baby chair are ready upon arrival. Prices are €10 per unit.

How do I get the keys to the apartment?
Information about keys will be sent before arrival. We have key boxes at our houses. 

Do I pay a depositum?
Depending on your main location and apartment we can take a deposit on your credit card, but not charge you for it.

Do you have an apartment check before check out?

Only if you have paid the deposit on your arrival day. 

When can I check in?
From 4 pm.

When do I need to check out?
You must check out no later than 9.30 am.

Smoking
It is not allowed to smoke in our apartments.
