THE CITY

In Bad Hofgastein, as well as in Bad Gastein, you can pamper yourself with relaxation and wellness in the Alpentherme thermal bath. Alpentherme offers extraordinary sauna experiences both inside and out, with the possibility of a look at the beautiful mountains. After a trip in one of the saunas, there is the opportunity to cool down in the mountain lake or have a wonderful massage.

Bad Hofgastein itself offers plenty of opportunities for shopping as well as a large and good selection of restaurants. The typical Austrian cuisine is particularly distinctive in the city, and if you visit Tröpferl you must definitely try their lamb. If you are more into a good steak, we can recommend Steak and more. You can take a walk past Kleines Gwölb and enjoy a good glass of wine in the small cozy wine bar.
